Thanks to its two hundred years of experience, the Dischler family has brought the warmth and the cheerfulness of the Alsace region to their wines and gives you the opportunity to come and discover its whole range of grapes all of which receive the most attentive care.

Several terroirs (French term referring to the unique combination of soil, climate, elevation and topography that gives wines its character) make up our vineyard, each of them giving its particularity to the variety of grapes which are grown with the greatest respect for the vineyard.

André and Nathalie Dischler use natural products to grow their vines and give more importance to prevention and cover planting than chemical products. At this moment, they have 8 hectares of vineyards.

One of our specialties is the Riesling Grand Cru ( French term for a «Great growth» : a great wine) which comes from the « lieu-dit » (locality) of Altenberg in Wolxheim.

At the foot of the Rock of Horn, Altenberg is at the very heart of Wolxheim. There are about 30 hectares of vineyards, located at a height of about 250 meters, perfectly exposed and enjoying an ideal, very dry, microclimate.
