A pale yellow wine with light pink and orange highlights, the nose is marked by the aroma of rose, candied fruits and spices. These latter fragrances prevail in a soft first impression before becoming quite vivid.

Light golden colour, bright. Fresh, fruity with a really inviting nose. Heady mouth with a prune and apricot aroma, with a persistent tangy finish. A generous wine to drink with a sweet and sour meal.

Light golden color. Exotic nose evoking an acid drop as much as Turkish delight, a Turkish delight. In the mouth it is a rich and soft wine where we can find the same heady aromas.
Grapes harvested on the 18th of November 2005 – high concentration in sugar and a highly mature aroma with exotic fruits where we can notice a pronounced taste of lychees.
Good to drink, they need to be conserved a minimum of 5 years.
To be served as an aperitif, with spicy or exotic meals, strong cheese such as Munster, blue cheeses and Roquefort and of course desserts with fruits or pies.

Nice foam, fine and numerous bubbles. A graceful floral aroma associated with a nice body which make it extremely smooth to drink.
The only effervescent wine in Alsace, vivid and delicate,made by using the traditional Champagne method. Obtained from white Pinot (a type of grape), and from Riesling and grey Pinot as well.
