The Soil
 
The DISCHLER estate is located in the commune of Wolxheim, a small village of seven hundred inhabitants, surrounded by hills entirely covered with vines.
Several soils make up our vineyard, each one bringing its typicity to the type of grape varieties cultivated.

André and Charles DISCHLER are firm believers in the practise of "green viticulture", prefering to have grass grow with the vines rather than use pesticides.
